Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your Google account email and name, and your newsletter consent (required at sign-up). Submissions: your wizard answers and the checkout screenshot you upload (we strip embedded photo metadata such as GPS on upload). Service records: review verdicts, findings, token/cost accounting, and basic security logs (timestamps, IP-based rate limiting). Analytics: only after you accept analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode; declined by default).

2. How we use it

To produce your verdict (your submission is processed by an AI model via the Anthropic API), keep your history available to you, operate and secure the Service, and — with your consent — send the product newsletter to your email.

3. Where it lives

Data is stored in our database and private file storage (Supabase) and on our server. Screenshots are private and served only to your signed-in account and to the review pipeline. We do not sell your data; we share it only with the processors named above as needed to run the Service.

4. Retention and deletion

Submissions and verdicts stay in your history so you can return to them. You can delete your account at any time from your profile: this erases your profile, your review history, your verdicts and any remaining rounds, and it cannot be undone. A promo code you already redeemed stays used and is not returned.

One exception: the paywall screenshots you uploaded are kept after deletion, detached from your account — the stored copy carries no account identifier and is no longer linked to you. They are retained as examples of paywall design used to improve the review engine. If you want an uploaded image removed too, email us and we will delete it.

5. Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies, unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any email, and request access to or deletion of your data at mooreslaws@gmail.com.
